About the Role
EarnIn is seeking a Program Manager / Recruiting Coordinator Lead to support recruiting operations and serve as a key local partner for talent operations in Bengaluru, India. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless interview experience while supporting onboarding, employee experience, and site-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and coordinate interview scheduling across the full recruitment lifecycle
- →Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a consistent interview experience
- →Manage interview logistics end-to-end, including availability collection and conflict resolution
- →Act as a subject matter expert on recruiting tools and processes
- →Support onboarding logistics, employee experience initiatives, and site-based needs
- →Partner with local People Partner, IT, facilities, and vendors for operational needs
- →Support planning and execution of local events and engagements
- →Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and talent operations processes
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, program management, or talent operations
- ✓Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- ✓Experience coordinating interviews in a high-volume, global hiring environment
- ✓Demonstrated ability to operate independently and take ownership
- ✓Proven experience partnering with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- ✓Clear communication skills in English
- ✓Proactive, service-oriented mindset
- ✓Experience using ATS systems (ideally Greenhouse) and Google Workspace
- ✓Experience building relationships with global team members
