About the Role
EarnIn is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team and help shape the next chapter of our growth journey. This role is responsible for fostering customer trust through innovative product strategy and crafting high-quality user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end user experience for a significant product vertical
- →Deliver designs for both mobile apps and web apps
- →Work on EarnIn’s Cheddar design system
- →Influence EarnIn’s product vision and design strategy
- →Collaborate with other designers to ensure a consistent experience
- →Execute and contribute to our design system and processes
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience working with product teams to ship consumer products (7+ years preferred)
- ✓Skilled collaborator with excellent project planning and etiquette
- ✓Prolific maker who explores many possible solutions to customer needs
- ✓Proven principles and tools across the end-to-end design process
- ✓Excellent thinking and communication skills
- ✓Curious approach working from customer needs first
- ✓Passion for impactful financial technology
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required
