About the Role
We are looking for a Product Management Manager to support the strategy, execution, and performance of our credit products portfolio for mass consumer segments across Latin America and the Caribbean. This role requires a strong contributor with experience in credit products who can combine analytical skills, market understanding, and coordinated execution to drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the management of the credit product lifecycle, including market analysis, product enhancements, and performance tracking.
- →Translate strategic objectives into actionable tasks.
- →Develop go-to-market activities for LAC markets.
- →Track KPIs, analyze product performance, and provide recommendations to improve adoption, usage, and profitability.
- →Work closely with Technology, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and external partners to support timely and high-quality execution of initiatives.
- →Identify opportunities for digital enhancements and new features that strengthen product competitiveness.
- →Serve as a knowledgeable resource for credit products and engage with clients and internal teams to gather feedback.
