About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to join the Commerce "Upgrade and Churn" Product team at NBCUniversal. This role focuses on creating and launching experiences that support business goals toward increasing subscription revenue and preventing voluntary churn.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop a roadmap of impactful products, features, and optimizations that prioritize customer value, business growth, and strategic opportunities.
- →Monitor performance of core upgrade journeys and develop a deep knowledge of existing flows and user behavioral patterns.
- →Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to evaluate solution approaches and ensure alignment on product outcomes.
- →Lead new feature development initiatives to drive subscription profitability goals.
- →Conduct ongoing experimentation and A/B testing to fine-tune product journeys.
- →Work with Legal to understand compliance requirements and propose product solutions.
- →Handle operational work related to pricing and copy edit updates.
- →Communicate work and priorities effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product management, particularly in subscription or commerce products.
- ✓Strong understanding of user experience design and technical feasibility.
- ✓Ability to influence different audiences and communicate vision effectively.
- ✓Experience with A/B testing and data analysis.
- ✓Knowledge of compliance requirements and legal considerations in product development.
