About the Role
We are looking for a curious and skilled Product Designer with a focus on Observability to join Elastic. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive, research-driven solutions that align with Elastic’s vision.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with PMs, developers, and cross-functional teams to shape innovative solutions that resonate with users.
- →Conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover user problems.
- →Synthesize research findings into actionable insights that guide the design process.
- →Craft intuitive and engaging interaction designs that balance aesthetics and usability.
- →Bring user experiences to life from early sketches to polished prototypes.
- →Continuously evolve product experiences by blending user feedback with business insights.
- →Champion design-driven decisions that push for refinement and a user-first approach.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of proven experience in product design within a B2B-focused company.
- ✓Ability to design user interfaces that are visually appealing and highly functional.
- ✓Experience addressing user-focused problems solved via creative UI solutions and design systems.
- ✓Proficiency with product design tools (Figma and Figjam).
- ✓Comfortable communicating and discussing design decisions.
- ✓Eagerness to learn and grow, actively seeking feedback and mentoring.
- ✓Stay current with the latest design and technology trends.
- ✓Proactive communication in a distributed team environment.
- ✓Involvement in design projects and working as part of a team.
