About the Role

We are looking for a Designer to join EliseAI, a company improving housing and healthcare industries through AI integration. This role involves creating and refining visual designs, focusing on brand and storytelling, and driving projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• →Translate brand principles, themes, and moods into strategic frameworks for visual expressions and creative decision-making
• →Evolve the brand system to bring consistency, scalability, and flexibility across all customer touchpoints
• →Create multi-media narratives that tell engaging stories of teams, projects, or deliverables
• →Evolve the website and digital experiences to effectively communicate our value proposition
• →Drive collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams to align design work with business goals
• →Design a wide range of marketing materials, including digital and print ads, social media graphics, and email templates
• →Develop brand guidelines, toolkits, and templates to maintain consistent quality
• →Contribute to product design by supporting UI polish and brand alignment
• →Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing work to meet deadlines
• →Analyze brand performance and gather insights to refine visual strategies
• →Advocate for design excellence and brand consistency across the organization
