About the Role
We are looking for a Product Analyst to join Emma – The Sleep Company, the world's largest D2C sleep brand. This role focuses on analyzing and improving our physical accessories product catalogue to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce returns.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze existing products and turn insights into concrete improvements
- →Support product and market research to help the team decide where to play and how to win
- →Manage projects with autonomy and take ownership of selected topics
- →Track, document, and communicate progress, adapting plans when needed
Requirements
- ✓Genuine love for working with physical products
- ✓Strong commercial skills and intuition for customer needs
- ✓Strong analytical skills coupled with a curious intuition
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- ✓Ability to work independently once clear goals and constraints are established
