About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team at Encora. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders in the technology sector, ensuring comprehensive HR management with expertise in hard processes and Peruvian labor legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Accompany leaders and managers in decision-making related to people, with a legal, operational, and strategic focus.
- →Act as the focal point for People for assigned teams and/or client sites.
- →Manage the relationship with internal clients ensuring high levels of service.
- →Coordinate and supervise employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications (T-Registration, personnel actions, vacations).
- →Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, including employees assigned to clients.
- →Supervise proper administration of employee files, contracts, renewals, and labor documentation.
- →Lead the management of labor cases: disciplinary measures, discharges, reprimands, and terminations.
- →Develop and update internal policies (conduct, harassment, workplace harassment).
- →Ensure compliance with Peruvian labor legislation and current regulations.
- →Provide support and advice to SST and workplace harassment committees.
- →Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cultural transformation.
- →Frequent interaction with teams from India, USA, and other regions.
- →Participation in meetings, reports, and communications in English.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's or Licentiate degree in Administration, Psychology, HR, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- ✓Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- ✓Minimum 2–3 years working as an HR Business Partner or Generalist.
- ✓Proven experience in hard HR processes and expertise in Peruvian labor legislation.
- ✓Desirable experience in consulting, technology, or services.
- ✓Experience in labor case management.
- ✓Intermediate/advanced Excel.
- ✓Power BI (desirable).
- ✓Proficiency with HR platforms and HRIS (SAP, SuccessFactors, BUK, Google Workspace, or others).
- ✓Intermediate–advanced English (B2 minimum), conversational, for work with global teams.
