About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our team and support ongoing platform development and maintenance. This role requires strong technical skills and experience with mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and troubleshoot medium to large-scale, mission-critical applications and software products
→Apply Object Oriented Design skills using Java/J2ee
→Work with various web technologies including Spring Boot, MVC, Security, JPA, and Hibernate
→Optimize and profile database systems
→Implement design patterns consistently and accurately
→Leverage LLM models and GenAI for process automation
→Engage with internal stakeholders and technical representatives

Requirements

✓8-10 years of industry experience
✓Strong hands-on technical skills
✓Proficiency in Java 8 (Streams, Lambda functions, collections, concurrency/multithreading)
✓Experience with web technologies (Spring Boot, MVC, Security, JPA, Hibernate)
✓Knowledge of database optimization and profiling
✓Experience with RDBMS like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle
✓Working experience with at least one Cloud provider (AWS/Azure)
✓Experience in source control, unit testing, code verification, static code analysis, documentation, CI/CD, and code reviews
✓Knowledge of Microservice architecture and its design patterns
✓Practical application of software product development standards and methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and UML
✓Demonstrated problem-solving, analytic, and troubleshooting skills
✓Strong written and oral communication skills
