About the Role
We are looking for a Visual Designer to join our team. This role focuses on creating visual content to support brand communication, campaigns, and products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Propose and develop visual content ideas aligned with brand communication objectives, campaigns, and products
- →Design static and animated graphics for social media, trade marketing, internal campaigns, and activations
- →Participate in creative campaign conceptualization ensuring visual coherence and narrative
- →Collaborate with Visual Design, Communication, and Marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and creative quality
Requirements
- ✓Minimum three years of experience in graphic design in consumer brands, agencies, or corporate environments
- ✓Ability to develop visual proposals from briefs and brand objectives
- ✓Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
- ✓Basic knowledge in motion design and video editing
- ✓Ability to develop basic multimedia content
- ✓Ability to write or adjust short copy aligned with brand tone and message
- ✓Strong aesthetic judgment, attention to detail, and visual sensitivity
- ✓Experience working collaboratively in creative teams
- ✓Autonomy, proactive mindset, and results-oriented approach
- ✓Desirable experience in mass consumption, retail, digital marketing, or basic photography knowledge
