About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Visual Communication Designer to join our team. This role focuses on creating visual communication pieces for product and service campaigns across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute visual communication pieces for product and service campaigns in digital channels like WhatsApp, mailings, and social networks
- →Lead the visual conceptualization of campaigns ensuring consistency with brand identity and marketing objectives
- →Collaborate with brand, marketing, strategy, and technology teams to ensure effective and aligned visual communication
- →Supervise and guide the work of junior designers promoting high standards of quality and continuous improvement
Requirements
- ✓Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields
- ✓4-5 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication roles in corporate environments or agencies
- ✓Experience in design and execution of mailing campaigns and digital communication
- ✓Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- ✓Solid knowledge of branding, visual storytelling, and digital marketing
- ✓Experience in audiovisual design, motion design, and video editing
- ✓Ability to lead high-impact visual campaigns and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- ✓Skill in drafting and adapting creative messages according to the channel and audience
- ✓Desirable knowledge of basic HTML and CSS for email marketing and CMS use
- ✓Collaborative leadership, attention to detail, and focus on visual quality
