About the Role
We are looking for a Product Development Manager to lead the strategy and development of heat pump solutions for multi-family housing contexts. This role involves market analysis, product requirement definition, and cross-functional team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop product vision and strategy for heat pumps in multi-family housing contexts
- →Conduct market, customer, and competitive analyses to align product solutions with customer needs
- →Define product requirements (PRD, specifications) and prioritize the backlog
- →Take end-to-end responsibility for planning, execution, and evaluation of pilot projects
- →Collaborate closely with technical, operational, sales, installation teams, and external partners
- →Build scalable process and service blueprints based on pilot insights

Requirements
