You will lead a team of 8 HR Generalists supporting the Enpal Sales Organization with all personnel-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a team of 8 HR Generalists supporting the Sales Organization
- →Serve as the central point of contact for CEOs and managers
- →Support your team hands-on with daily business tasks including onboarding, labor law cases, and monthly payroll
- →Manage complex variable compensation models and monthly payouts for nearly 1000 sales employees
- →Work closely with Legal, Finance, and external payroll partners
- →Respond flexibly to urgent requests while advancing long-term People Department goals
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience managing HR teams
- ✓Strong knowledge of labor law and payroll processes
- ✓Excellent communication skills with empathy and confidence
- ✓Ability to manage complex compensation models
- ✓Experience working with external payroll partners
