About the Role

The Global Alliances Program Manager will play a critical role in supporting and operationalizing Ensono’s strategic partnerships with major Hyperscaler partners, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). This individual will manage day-to-day alliance program activities, funding operations, partner portal administration, sales coordination, audit management, and program reporting.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage the daily operations of key Azure and AWS funding programs.
→Process and coordinate seller funding requests for client engagements.
→Serve as the central point of contact between Ensono delivery teams and partner program managers.
→Track and manage program changes, escalations, approvals, and delivery milestones to ensure compliance.
→Oversee day-to-day operations across Azure and AWS partner portals.
→Create and submit referrals, opportunities, and program entries.
→Manage incoming and outgoing leads, ensuring timely updates and communication with the sales organization.
→Maintain data accuracy, program hygiene, and compliance within partner systems.
→Organize and coordinate recurring partner sales meetings.
→Develop and distribute meeting agendas.
→Capture, document, and circulate comprehensive post-meeting minutes and action items.
→Track follow-ups and ensure closure of all commitments across global stakeholders.
→Lead and coordinate audit-related activities linked to alliance programs.
→Project manage the entire audit process, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
→Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
→Track attendance, document discussions, and ensure all compliance requirements are satisfied.
→Create and maintain operational documentation including project timelines, communication templates, program dashboards, tracking tools, and presentation decks.
→Ensure documentation accuracy, version control, and consistency across teams.
→Support global alliance-related events, including webinars, workshops, and major partner conferences.
→Manage pre-event logistics, planning sessions, communications, and content preparation.
→Coordinate post-event reporting, follow-up actions, and engagement tracking.

Requirements

✓3–6 years’ experience in program management, partner management, business operations, or a similar function—preferably within IT services or cloud ecosystems.
✓Experience working with Microsoft and/or AWS partner programs, funding mechanisms, or partner portals.
✓Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✓Ability to work with global teams, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities.
