About the Role
The Head of FP&A is a key member of the Group FP&A team, responsible for defining processes, timetables, and templates to produce Group annual budgets in collaboration with regional finance teams. This role performs financial analysis for P&L down to EBIT and ensures commercial cost control across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide end-to-end oversight of Commercial FP&A processes, including ownership of detailed planning and forecasting timetables
- →Own and continuously update the commercial components of Budget, Reforecast, and Long-Range Plan deliverables
- →Lead commercial cost control across the group by establishing driver-based models for key variable costs
- →Deliver high-quality monthly and quarterly analysis of commercial P&L drivers
- →Maintain and own the Commercial Risks & Opportunities tracker
- →Produce concise, high-impact reporting and presentation materials for Executive Committee discussions
- →Contribute to the upskilling of the wider FP&A and Commercial Finance community
Requirements
- ✓Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis
- ✓Strong leadership and governance capabilities in FP&A processes
- ✓Ability to develop standardized regional templates and coordinate review cycles
- ✓Expertise in financial analysis for P&L down to EBIT
- ✓Experience in commercial cost control across an organization
- ✓Proficiency in risk and opportunity management
