About the Role
Entain Studios is seeking an Operations Manager to drive efficiency and compliance in our fast-paced gaming environment. This role will be the backbone of our operational engine, ensuring our studio's releases stay on track across multiple regulated markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead day-to-day operations team activities, ensuring smooth delivery of product releases across multiple regions while meeting regulatory standards
- →Mentor and support the team to improve delivery quality, embedding best practices and fostering a culture of accountability
- →Own operational processes related to game submissions, certification, and release pipelines, identifying areas for streamlining and automation
- →Work closely with internal teams including Studios, Compliance, Delivery, Product/Tech, and RNG to align operational plans with studio roadmaps
- →Drive cross-functional product initiatives and operational projects such as new market expansions and feature additions
- →Manage team capacity and resource allocation to meet delivery milestones while maintaining agility
- →Monitor operational KPIs, provide reporting to senior leadership, and escalate risks proactively
- →Ensure all operational activities adhere to diverse regulatory requirements, supporting audit readiness
- →Implement process improvements, tooling upgrades, and organizational changes as the company scales globally
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in operations management within a regulated gaming or similar fast-paced environment
- ✓Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements across multiple markets
- ✓Experience leading teams and driving process improvements
- ✓Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to shifting demands
- ✓Knowledge of game submission, certification, and release pipeline processes
- ✓Experience with operational reporting and KPI monitoring
