Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the development and continuous improvement of backend APIs and services with a primary focus on speed, security, and scalability.
- →Conduct product discovery sessions with stakeholders, identify customer pain points, and translate insights into actionable product roadmaps.
- →Own and manage subdomains such as login and registration, CRM, payment and wallet systems, and compliance and risk management.
- →Partner with engineering, design, security, legal, compliance, and other product teams to define and prioritize the product roadmap.
- →Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform product strategy.
- →Drive continuous improvements to the platform by leveraging data, user feedback, and industry best practices.
- →Manage OKRs for backend systems, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
- →Champion customer experience in all product development stages.
- →Support ideation, vision, strategy, and roadmap for marketing initiatives.
- →Drive product initiatives and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
