About the Role
We are seeking a VIP Account Manager for the LATAM region to build personal relationships with selected customers who have passed sustainability and RG risk criteria.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build personal relationships with selected customers
- →Serve as the main point of contact between the company and customers
- →Handle issue resolution, bonus, relationship, and hospitality management
- →Act as the first point of escalation for portfolio customers
- →Communicate via telephone, email, chat, and personal meetings
- →Focus on responsible gaming and adherence to Code of Conduct
- →Maximize player gambling wallet share against competitors
