About the Role
EPM is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team. This role focuses on recruiting mortgage professionals, including Account Executives and operations roles, while also supporting People Operations programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, background checks, and offer letter preparation
- →Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and developing engaging job posting content
- →Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, social media, networking, and other channels
- →Build and maintain an active pipeline of sales/Account Executive candidates
- →Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including candidate communication and dispositioning
- →Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience
- →Provide administrative support for People Operations programs
- →Help design and champion culture, wellness, total rewards, and recognition initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
- ✓2–4 years of experience in Recruiting, People Operations, HR Coordination, or a generalist HR role with hands-on recruiting experience
- ✓Experience recruiting within the mortgage or financial services industry preferred
- ✓Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- ✓Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
- ✓High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ✓Service-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting the employee experience
