About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join Esri’s State and Local Government account team. This role involves applying geospatial technology to help local government customers optimize and expand adoption of Esri technology.
Key Responsibilities

- →Understand customers and demonstrate industry knowledge related to GIS applications
- →Learn and grow by conducting research and pursuing professional development
- →Deliver results by executing account management and sales processes
- →Collaborate with teams across Esri to define and execute account strategies
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience
- ✓Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor
- ✓Understanding of account management, account planning, and opportunity strategy creation
- ✓Demonstrated knowledge of local government and new technology trends
- ✓Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling
- ✓Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field
