About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join Eucalyptus, a company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our analytics capabilities and empowering self-serve insights across the company. Your mission will be to unlock high-leverage self-serve analytics through a scalable, well-governed Tableau ecosystem, reducing ad hoc work, increasing data trust, and enabling faster decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- βOverhaul and manage our BI dashboards, including migration and reorganization of Tableau dashboards and Metabase charts
- βMentor and support junior analysts, providing guidance on analytics best practices and tools
- βDrive data initiatives for new international markets, working across the full conversion funnel
- βContribute to market launches and operational setup by building dashboards and defining success metrics
- βBuild source-of-truth reports and establish data governance within our BI tools
- βEnable self-serve analytics by providing training and support to business teams
- βDevelop decision-grade insights by designing and building insightful dashboards
- βMonitor usage and optimize analytics tools
- βDrive innovation by contributing to advanced data projects
Requirements
- β8β15 years of experience in Business Intelligence with excellent capability in building and maintaining dashboards
- βBachelorβs degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- βHands-on experience with modern BI/reporting tools, especially Tableau and Metabase
- βProficiency in SQL for data querying
- βStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
- βExcellent communication skills to explain data insights to business stakeholders
- βBased in the Philippines and willing to work hours that align with Australian business hours
