About the Role
We are looking for a QA and Compliance Analyst to support the rollout of a next-generation Laboratory Information Management System across 18 laboratories in the UK and Ireland. This role involves analysing business processes, understanding LIMS functionalities, and designing test scenarios to ensure system quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and coordinate testing activities to ensure compliance and fitness for purpose of eLIMS NG and integrated peripheral systems
- →Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyse and validate LIMS system functionalities
- →Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios and test cases based on functional understanding and compliance requirements
- →Document, track, and report bugs, system issues, and non-conformities
- →Partner with business teams to support OQ testing and prepare compliant documentation
- →Perform end-to-end testing of the LIMS application prior to lab onboarding
- →Proactively identify risks, inconsistencies, and deviations from standards
- →Maintain structured documentation to support audit trails and inspections
Requirements
- ✓Hands-on experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external affiliates
- ✓Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, and GxP standards
- ✓Experience with LIMS systems and testing methodologies
- ✓Strong understanding of regulatory and quality standards
- ✓Ability to design and execute test scenarios and test cases
- ✓Experience with documentation and audit trails
