About the Role
We are looking for a Global Account Manager to join our team in Tel Aviv. This role involves working with Taboola’s advertisers across multiple verticals globally, driving advertiser success through education, consultation, onboarding, and strategic advice. You will build ongoing relationships with our advertising partners and optimize customer campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build relationships with brand and agency high-level contacts from around the globe
- →Monitor the performance of dynamic campaigns and analyze key metrics
- →Understand client’s business/marketing objectives and provide data-driven solutions
- →Identify upsell opportunities and provide strategic long-term recommendations
- →Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
- →Work cross-functionally with Product, R&D, and Support organizations
- →Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine campaign elements
- →Generate regular reports on campaign performance using internal dashboards
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of professional experience in client-facing capacity with international clients
- ✓Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and client-facing experience in digital media/online publisher space
- ✓Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- ✓Self-motivation, pro-activeness, and ability to deal with ambiguity
- ✓Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Experience with owning quarterly revenue quotas
