Key Responsibilities
- →Field customer testing enquiries and questions
- →Receive client feedback and arrange appropriate responses
- →Communicate sample deficiencies or chain of custody data issues
- →Discuss project requirements with clients for clarity
- →Prepare bottle orders and arrange transportation
- →Track client data with supervisors to ensure timely delivery
- →Communicate anticipated delays to customers
- →Follow up on DQR requests
- →Log in and receive samples
- →Invoice projects
- →Manage EDDs and customer uploads to databases
- →Prepare quotations with Sales Executives
- →Assist with administration tasks
- →Send and validate test results/reports
- →Adhere to ISO, NIOSH, ASTM, OSHA standards
- →Follow ISO accreditation and company policies
