About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our nationwide recruiting team at Eurofins Umwelt. This role focuses on helping our leadership team find the best talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support leadership in identifying and attracting top talent for Eurofins Umwelt
- →Manage the entire job posting process, including handling incoming applications
- →Follow up with candidates to request missing information or documents
- →Conduct initial interviews with potential candidates
- →Coordinate the ongoing application process after initial screening
- →Serve as a competent point of contact for both leadership and candidates
- →Collaborate with the recruiting team on various projects, including employer branding and candidate experience
- →Work on social media recruiting initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
