About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for products in our Public Sector portfolio. This role focuses on Critical Event Management (CEM) solutions for State and Local Government.

Key Responsibilities

→Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CEM for Public Sector
→Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements
→Gather and prioritize customer feedback and market insights
→Develop detailed requirements and user stories
→Ensure seamless integration of government regulations
→Collaborate with sales and customer success teams

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
✓5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS and Public Sector
✓Experience building SaaS and mobile products
✓Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
✓Familiarity with Critical Event Management solutions
✓Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
✓Proficiency in product management tools
✓Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
✓Passion for technology and emerging trends
