About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join Faculty, a company that transforms performance through human-centric AI. You will lead data science work on project teams configuring our product Frontier for customers, building computational twins to solve core customer problems.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead the design and build of computational twins for customer projects
- βConduct EDA, model building, and model evaluation for AI solutions
- βWork as a leader in cross-functional delivery teams with engineers, designers, and commercial roles
- βHelp build client relationships and shape project direction
- βMentor and develop other data scientists at Faculty
Requirements
- βSenior experience in data science or quantitative academic field
- βStrong Python programming skills and familiarity with data science libraries
- βExperience with deep-learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- βHigh level of mathematical competence and statistical proficiency
- βSolid grasp of standard data science techniques including machine learning, model validation, and NLP
- βLeadership mindset focused on team growth and collaborative culture
- βCommercial experience, particularly client-facing or project management
- βProduct mindset with user needs understanding
