It offers a dynamic and welcoming environment where our employees can connect and network with a large community of tech professionals.  THE ROLE As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary focus will be hands-on recruitment delivery. You will manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, hiring across both niche, hard-to-fill roles and high-volume positions, while ensuring an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers. You will act as a trusted recruitment partner to the business, owning the full recruitment lifecycle and applying effective sourcing and selection practices to attract and hire the right talent aligned with both technical requirements and company values. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles at the same time, from role intake through offer and handover to onboarding • Deliver recruitment for a mix of specialised/niche profiles and high-volume hiring needs • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, referrals, and job advertising • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs • Screen, interview, and assess candidates against technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear, timely, and professional communication • Manage multiple stakeholders effectively, providing regular hiring progress updates and market insights • Support the offer process and ensure a smooth transition into onboarding for successful candidates • Continuously improve your recruitment approach and share best practices within the Talent Acquisition team WHO YOU ARE • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (in-house or agency) • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously • Experience hiring for both niche/specialised roles and high-volume positions • Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing techniques • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace / Google Drive tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) for daily recruitment activities • Strong organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels • Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken – mandatory) • A collaborative team player with a strong passion for people and recruitment • Focused on delivering an outstanding recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers REWARDS & BENEFITS • Health insurance for the whole family, flexible working environment and well-being support and tools • Extra days off, sabbatical program and days for you to give back for the community • Training opportunities and free access to Udemy • Flexible benefits program EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENT • FARFETCH is committed to being an inclusive workplace where diversity in all its forms is celebrated.
