About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join Fastmarkets. This role focuses on building strategic relationships with global enterprise clients and facilitating their transition to enterprise licensing models.
Key Responsibilities
- βBuild and maintain strategic relationships with large global clients, focusing on their enterprise-wide needs
- βImplement revenue growth strategies by identifying opportunities to transition clients to enterprise-wide licensing
- βDevelop and execute comprehensive enterprise opportunity plans that address the global scale of client businesses
- βEnsure successful adoption of enterprise licensing models by delivering tailored customer experiences
- βWork closely with Customer Success, Editorial, and Analyst teams to implement enterprise license agreements
- βTrack and report on enterprise-level KPIs to improve account strategies
- βLead complex negotiations for transitioning clients to enterprise-wide agreements
- βFacilitate engagement between Fastmarkets stakeholders and client stakeholders
Requirements
- βProven experience in account management or enterprise sales
- βDeep understanding of global industry trends and competitive landscapes
- βStrong negotiation and contract management skills
- βAbility to develop tailored solutions for enterprise clients
- βExperience working with global clients and stakeholders
- βExcellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- βStrategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- βFamiliarity with data licensing and enterprise solutions
- βAbility to collaborate across multiple departments and teams
