Project Manager (FTC 6 months) at Fastmarkets

About the Role

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of projects across Fastmarkets, working closely with technology cloud engineer teams to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• →Plan, coordinate, and manage the delivery of assigned projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within scope
• →Manage resource planning and assignment, task prioritisation and dependencies within a complex and dynamic technical environment
• →Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to support project objectives
• →Proactively identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
• →Oversee third-party vendor and partner activities to ensure contractual obligations and quality standards are met
• →Maintain robust project governance, including change control, documentation, and compliance with information security requirements
• →Prepare and deliver clear, concise project status reports and updates for programme management and senior leadership
• →Ensure all project documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant stakeholders
• →Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project team
• →Champion Agile principles and practices within project teams, adapting delivery approaches as appropriate for each project
• →Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• →Support backlog management and prioritisation in collaboration with Product Owners and business stakeholders
• →Encourage iterative delivery, regular feedback, and continuous improvement to maximise project value
