Who you'll work with The Fever Originals Team is responsible for investing in, managing, and scaling Fever’s pipeline of original experiences. You would join our office in Toronto. You will work regularly with Fever colleagues around the world, and interface directly with partners, providers, venues, and other players in the live experiences ecosystem. You’ll collaborate and coordinate with all functions, including: Sales, Marketing, Production, Creative, Operations, Finance, Legal, etc. The team you’re about to join consists of people that are intrinsically motivated, young, and fun. On top of having multicultural backgrounds, people on the team come from leading companies both within and outside of the entertainment industry, including: Disney, McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, Nike, PSG, and Roland Garros. What you'll do As a Project Manager Team Lead, you will work with Fever Originals under the Scalable Concepts team, to develop, launch and manage your events, from A to Z, with budget and executional ownership. You’ll oversee the expansion of current IPs such as Ballet of Lights, The Jazz Room or The Jury Experience, and the launch of new exciting pilots across multiple cities. This is a currently open vacancy. You will: • Build and manage the team of project managers and producers focusing on managing the local portfolio of scalable experience for Canada • Own day-to-day leadership of the team, setting priorities and ensuring projects stay on track • Act as the main point of escalation for issues, risks, and cross-functional coordination • Support and mentor team members, driving performance, growth, and accountability • Translate strategic goals into clear processes, workflows, and execution plans • Partner with stakeholders to align timelines, resources, and deliverables across teams • Communicate with our Global Strategy team on local execution and KPI attainment to define the future of our events • Grow revenue from events by ensuring maximum sales performance, customer excellence, and operational quality while managing budgets and on-site teams • Scale our experiences to other cities (opportunity for travel) • Negotiate and close business deals with venues and partners including talent agencies, curators and musicians • Execute detailed analysis of business opportunities and processes on a city by city and IP by IP basis • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders teams to discuss the best course of action for each IP and city • Represent Fever at local events and with local PR • Develop operational processes to improve the profitability and quality of our events Employees are expected to be in the office at least 3-4 times a week. Qualifications • Project management / startup or consulting background (7y- 10y experience) • MBA from top tier school is a plus • Strong analytical and organizational skills with team management experience • Solution-focused, identifying problems and defining solutions with an entrepreneurial spirit • Experience managing complex projects • Strong verbal and written communication skills; and relationships management skills focused on C-level people • Ability to influence/persuade all levels of staff • Able to coordinate and audit all different internal and external teams to guide them to success in all achievements that have been agreed upon contract with our partner • Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts while being in contact with the top management - very high visibility and exposure both internally and externally • Fluent English + French required • This is not a position for an event production background What you'll get • Attractive compensation package consisting of a base salary and a performance bonus, plus equity package on top (total compensation between 100.000 to 140.000 CAD gross/year). • Competitive employee benefits package, including extended health and dental insurance. • Responsibility from day one, with opportunities for professional and personal growth • Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader • Possible travel across our markets • Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences • ClassPass membership Our hiring process • A 30 min video call (in English) with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan, assess cultural fit, and answer any questions you may have • A 60 min online test with three topics: logic, analytics, and written understanding • A 30 min interview with a current Team Lead to assess fit and capabilities • A 45-60 min business case presentation (to be prepared in advance) to a small panel On average, our process lasts 20 days.
