About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. This role focuses on managing the entire lifecycle of big events from the moment the commercial contract is signed until the event's final closing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be the main point of contact between all stakeholders, including event organizers and internal teams
- →Manage the entire process while working as part of a team to ensure timely delivery
- →Communicate product and process needs to HQ and work with product/engineering teams
- →Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for potential user incidences
- →Ensure all project requirements have necessary documentation
- →Presence on site may be required during event launch or other important dates
Requirements
- ✓Degree qualified with a project management background
- ✓3+ years in a project management role or consulting background
- ✓Fluent English; other languages are a plus
- ✓Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
- ✓Entrepreneurial individual comfortable coordinating departments
- ✓Ability to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams
- ✓Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus
