Finance Manager at Fiducial

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our fast-growing deep-tech start-up. This role focuses on ensuring Fiducial’s financial health, stability, and scalability as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• →Oversee day-to-day financial administration, including invoicing, payments, and expense management
• →Maintain oversight of the general ledger and coordinate with external bookkeeper and accountant
• →Develop, monitor, and report on budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans
• →Prepare clear and concise monthly and quarterly financial reports for management, shareholders, and partners
• →Support funding and grant administration, ensuring compliance with subsidy and tender requirements
• →Optimize and document financial workflows and controls to support a scaling organization
• →Implement and maintain digital tools and templates for efficient reporting, forecasting, and budget tracking
• →Support the CEO in strategic financial planning, investment readiness, fundraising, and business case development
