About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join Figma's team and help customers realize the full potential of our platform. This role involves partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to develop consultative strategies that showcase Figma's value.

Key Responsibilities

→Guide customers in realizing the value of the Figma Platform through product demonstrations and presentations
→Support the Sales team by addressing platform questions and showcasing how Figma accelerates digital product delivery
→Own the customer IT and Security relationship during the deal cycle
→Collaborate with Product and Support to identify opportunities for enhancing account security
→Design and scale technical sales efforts, facilitating conversations between customers, sales, and product teams
→Create thoughtful content to delight customers and internal partners
→Collaborate with team members to hone your craft and execute daily tasks
→Position technology presales, establish success criteria, and lead evaluations

Requirements

✓8+ years of professional experience
✓4+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization
✓Excellent communication skills and a knack for delivering compelling presentations
✓Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem
✓Ability to prioritize competing demands from customers
✓Front end development or developer lifecycle experience
