About the Role
ServiceNow is seeking a highly driven Inside Sales Representative to join their expanding team. This role focuses on prospecting new accounts, expanding usage within existing customers, and ensuring they continue to get value from the NOW Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
- →Manage sales opportunities and business relationships over the telephone
- →Focus on understanding an organization’s business drivers and how ServiceNow solutions map to these
- →Strategically prospect within key verticals to develop new opportunities and pipeline
- →Follow the Value Selling sales process to win new business and ensure contract renewals
- →Collaborate with an extended team including Solution Consultants, Customer Service, and Partners
- →Provide timely and accurate information to management such as forecasting and strategic account plans
- →Work towards daily, monthly, and quarterly KPI metrics
- →Occasional travel for training and/or meetings may be required
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrable track record in new business pipeline generation, ideally over the telephone within a B2B capacity
- ✓Ability to understand an organization’s business drivers, challenges, and pain points
- ✓Experience with Value Selling sales process
- ✓Strong collaboration and communication skills
- ✓Ability to meet KPI metrics such as new prospect meetings, pipeline generation, ACV bookings, and Renewal Rates
