Job Summary
Filevine is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to own and scale the operational foundation that powers our go-to-market engine across Performance Marketing, Lifecycle, Partnerships, SDR Teams and Events. This role reports to the VP of Performance Marketing & Operations and is responsible for marketing systems, data integrity, process design, attribution, lifecycle management, and event enablement across the full revenue funnel. As we scale our Legal AI and LOIS offerings, this role ensures demand flows cleanly, predictably, and measurably from first touch through revenue.
What You'll Do
β’ Own end-to-end marketing operations strategy supporting Filevineβs Legal AI and LOIS go-to-market
β’ Design scalable processes aligning Performance Marketing, Lifecycle, Partnerships, SDR Teams and Events around shared definitions and outcomes
β’ Serve as the operational backbone for all marketing departmentsOwn and optimize the marketing and revenue tech stack including HubSpot, Salesforce, Workato, LeanData, Domo, and ClickUpDefine and maintain lead lifecycle stages, scoring models, routing logic, and automation
β’ Partner with SDR and Sales Ops to ensure speed-to-lead, data accuracy, and accountability
β’ Own marketing data governance, attribution, and pipeline reporting in partnership with BI
β’ Own operational support for 250+ marketing events annually, including list uploads, segmentation, deduplication, enrichment, and compliance
β’ Ensure proper campaign structure, attribution, and post-event follow-up workflows
β’ Maintain and establish standards for campaign setup, tracking, naming conventions, UTMs, and documentationIdentify and remove operational bottlenecks across the marketing funnel
β’ Collaborate closely with various internal teams, including Performance Marketing, Events, Lifecycle, Partnerships, Sales, Sales & Customer Ops, Product, and Business Intelligence (BI)
β’ Lead and develop the Marketing Operations team, setting priorities and operating rhythms
β’ Own marketing operations tools budget and vendor management
Requirements
β’ 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS
β’ Deep hands-on expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce, including complex workflows and reportingExperience supporting large-scale event programs and high-volume list uploads
β’ Working knowledge of Workato, LeanData, Domo, and ClickUp or similar systems
β’ Strong systems thinking, data rigor, and cross-functional leadership skills
β’ Action-oriented self-starter with a track record of building scalable operational foundations
β’ Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
β’ Action oriented self starter confident in finding resources and removing barriers to ensure successExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
β’ Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
β’ In-office requirement in our Salt Lake City or Chicago offices
