We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Reliability Group at Kraken, a technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system. This role is crucial in ensuring our platform's reliability as we scale to support 100 million users globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own a complex technical domain and craft a clear 'Now, Next, Later' roadmap aligned with the wider Group's goals and strategy.
- →Conduct user research with internal engineering teams to understand their pain points and decide where to invest next.
- →Act as a strategic enabler for engineers, preventing distraction and ensuring the team ships high-value work with velocity.
- →Translate deep technical concepts into clear business value for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- →Foster a psychologically safe environment where prevention and learning are valued over firefighting.
Requirements
- ✓Established experience as a Product Manager with a track record of owning a product area from discovery to delivery.
- ✓Fluency in the language of Reliability, comfortable discussing Observability strategies and architectural trade-offs.
- ✓Ability to drive delivery in a fast-paced environment without burning out the team.
- ✓Ability to take a vertical business objective and translate it into actionable team-level projects.
- ✓Curiosity and willingness to roll up your sleeves and harness ideas from across the organization.
