About the Role
Flex is a growth-stage FinTech company creating a better rent payment experience. We are seeking a Director, Strategic People Partner to join our People Team and act as strategic partners to our rapidly scaling business.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a strategic partner to leaders within the Engineering and Product (R&D) teams
- →Lead workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design
- →Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns
- →Improve engagement through proactive employee and leader outreach
- →Support initiatives around performance management, compensation reviews, and benefits optimization
- →Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- →Analyze and interpret people data to provide recommendations for improvement
- →Support Talent Acquisition by providing guidance on job leveling and compensation strategies
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in Human Resources
- ✓3 years as a strategic business partner
- ✓Experience in a scaling start-up environment
- ✓Previous experience supporting fast-paced technical teams
- ✓Proven ability to think strategically at an organizational level
- ✓Highly detail-oriented and organized
- ✓Expert project management skills
- ✓Skilled in analyzing people data and metrics
- ✓Highly relational and able to connect with team members at all levels
