About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team at Flock Safety. This role combines technical enablement and support to help our Safe City accounts maximize their use of our safety technology platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the technical point of contact for frontline users
- →Triage and resolve customer questions or escalate as needed
- →Deliver onboarding and refresher trainings for various user types
- →Own and execute "Train the Trainer" programs
- →Provide product knowledge and technical guidance to Customer Success Managers
- →Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams
- →Document customer pain points and advocate for improvements
Requirements
- ✓Strong customer support and troubleshooting skills
- ✓Experience with technical training and enablement
- ✓Ability to work with various user types including patrol officers, analysts, and administrators
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- ✓Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
