About the Role
We are looking for an Integrations Solutions Consultant to join our Global Revenue Organization. This pre-sales customer-facing role partners with prospects and clients to drive understanding of FloQast's integration ecosystem, engaging directly with customer IT teams and financial systems administrators.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as subject matter expert for FloQast's integration ecosystem including APIs, connectors, SFTP, and SAML
- →Join late-stage sales opportunities to demonstrate integration requirements and secure IT approval
- →Strategize with sales team on technical buy-in from prospects
- →Collaborate with product and engineering teams on integration developments
- →Ensure customer-facing technical guides for third-party integrations are up-to-date
- →Answer questions from sales team about integrations for customer use cases
- →Deliver required integrations and test environments for proof of concepts
- →Write regular expressions to parse file names and contents for data processing
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 3-5 years experience as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in Financial Business Systems, Technical IT Consulting, or related role
- ✓Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, integrations, and system interoperability
- ✓Energetic communicator who enjoys relationship building via video conferencing
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions
- ✓Ability to communicate technical IT concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- ✓Experience with ERP systems configuration, integration, or migration
- ✓Experience with cloud storage systems administration
- ✓Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions administration
- ✓Collaborative team player comfortable in high-velocity sales environment
- ✓Self-starter with high initiative and follow-through
- ✓Ability to work under tight deadlines and respond to rapidly changing demands
- ✓Ability to travel up to 25%

- ✓Degree in IT, Business Systems, Accounting Information Systems, or related field
- ✓Familiarity with scripting and data formats (regex, JSON, Python, SQL)
