Requirements
- ✓Experience recruiting in-house
- ✓Confident sourcing across various functions and building strong pipelines
- ✓Experience providing world-class stakeholder experience, partnering with them using a commercial mindset.
- ✓Someone who consistently drives SLA's such as 24/48 candidate feedback
- ✓Attention to detail with clear understanding of hiring workflow and processes to follow
- ✓An appetite for curiosity, growth and openness to feedback
