About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our high agency team at Nooks. This role involves managing the day-to-day Recruiting Coordination for our San Francisco and Seattle offices and playing a key role in the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate candidate interviews, manage schedules, and ensure seamless calendar alignment across multiple stakeholders
- →Create and execute a world-class candidate experience
- →Work with Recruiting operations to create recruiting programs
- →Help plan and execute office events, including team-building activities, celebrations, and company meetings
Requirements
- ✓Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Some recruiting, coordinating, ops, or office manager experience
- ✓Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- ✓High agency, low ego, and team-oriented
- ✓Experience with Ashby or another ATS is helpful but not required
