About the Role
We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to join a rapidly scaling fintech business based in London. This role sits at the intersection of Product and Operations, ensuring effective delivery and informed product decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own operational processes that support product delivery, including release cadences and issue resolution workflows
- →Identify bottlenecks in the product development lifecycle and design scalable solutions
- →Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
- →Build reporting and analytics frameworks for leadership visibility
- →Lead special projects at the intersection of product strategy and operational delivery
Requirements
- ✓4–6 years of experience in operations, consulting, or a product-adjacent role
- ✓Strong process design and analytical skills
- ✓Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities
- ✓Structured thinking with prioritization skills
- ✓Familiarity with product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) is a plus
