About the Role
We are looking for a bilingual English-Chinese Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service for an insurance business serving both English- and Chinese-speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Handle inbound and outbound insurance-related calls
- →Assist with payments, renewals, and quoting support
- →Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking customers
- →Use VOIP and Google Meet for calls
- →Perform basic administrative tasks using Word, Excel, and Monday.com
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of experience in customer service
- ✓Fluency in both English and Chinese
- ✓Experience with insurance-related calls and admin tasks
- ✓Proficiency in using VOIP, Google Meet, Word, Excel, and Monday.com
- ✓Technical requirements: USB Headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM, main internet speed of at least 25 Mbps, backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps
