About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at GLS. This role focuses on overseeing the full life cycle of recruitment and providing support for administrative HR functions related to the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create a thorough recruitment and interviewing plan for each open position based on collaboration with hiring managers
- →Source through various forms of advertising and/or vendor networks to provide both active and passive quality candidates
- →Develop an online organizational presence to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- →Establish strong working relationships with all organization leaders to provide top-quality service during the recruitment process
- →Coordinate all pre-employment background review processes
- →Participate in organizing and implementing college recruiting initiatives
- →Research and participate in career fairs and networking events to increase awareness of the company brand
- →Own administrative HR functions, including onboarding and new hire orientation
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of bachelor’s degree required
- ✓Basic knowledge of HR concepts required
- ✓Strong drive, ambition, and self-motivation
- ✓Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

- ✓Ability to learn quickly and think on your feet
- ✓Prepared to roll up your sleeves and work hard to accomplish goals

- ✓Remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the work day
- ✓Constantly operate a computer and other standard office equipment
- ✓Talk and hear to exchange accurate information
- ✓Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures
- ✓Occasional local travel
- ✓Regular, predictable attendance, including overtime hours
- ✓Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
