About the Role
We are looking for an English-fluent Project Manager to join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company that connects world-class developers and designers from Latin America with companies around the globe. This role requires exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on managing projects remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- →Facilitate team workshops and Agile ceremonies, such as User Story Mapping, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- →Proactively identify risks and remove obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
- →Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering team members.
- →Planning, organizing, and coordinating Agile projects from initiation to completion.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience as a project manager.
- ✓Ability to plan, organize, and track projects from start to finish.
- ✓Experience managing projects across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
- ✓Working knowledge of project management approaches (Predictive/Waterfall, and Hybrid).
- ✓Experience using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- ✓Ability to run Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- ✓Experience facilitating workshops like user story mapping.
- ✓Proven ability to identify risks and remove blockers that impact team progress.
- ✓Clear and effective communication and coordination skills.
