About the Role
We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Enablement team at Motive. This role involves building high-impact learning experiences to prepare customer-facing teams to support Motive’s products effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and develop training content (eLearning, ILT, VILT, and blended) for Motive product launches and internal programs.
- →Own the end-to-end course creation process, from intake requirements to final delivery.
- →Partner with subject matter experts to translate technical workflows into learner-friendly experiences.
- →Build interactive e-learning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
- →Configure, upload, and manage content in our LMS.
- →Create supporting learning assets, including slides, facilitator guides, and assessments.
- →Continuously improve existing courses based on product changes and feedback.
- →Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- →Collaborate with other Instructional Designers to share patterns and review work.
Requirements
- ✓2–3 years of experience in instructional design, digital learning, or educational technology.
- ✓Hands-on experience with LMS and authoring tools, including Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
- ✓Proven track record designing and developing learning solutions, such as self-paced eLearning and ILT/VILT programs.
- ✓Experience working with SMEs to gather requirements and define learning outcomes.
- ✓Ability to manage projects independently and prioritize work.
- ✓Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- ✓Solid organization and version-control habits.
- ✓Creativity and problem-solving mindset focused on designing engaging learning experiences.
