About the Role
Join Gong as a Technical Support Associate and be at the forefront of our customer experience. You will provide exceptional and consultative support to our customers, helping them succeed with Gong products while meeting key performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver outstanding support experience via email, web, and phone for customers using Gong products
- →Learn Gong products and build expertise with common integrations like telephony systems, web conferencing tools, Salesforce, and APIs
- →Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, identify bugs, test solutions, and communicate updates
- →Represent the Voice of the Customer with Success, Sales, and Product teams to influence priorities and resources
- →Contribute to creating resources like documentation, training materials, and process guides
Requirements
- ✓Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- ✓Recently completed a technical degree and interested in growing your career in technical support
- ✓Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new skills and technologies
- ✓Curious, resourceful, detail-oriented, and organized, with a problem-solving mindset
- ✓Familiarity with platforms like Zoom, Dialpad, GoToMeeting, or other telephony/web conferencing tools
- ✓Exposure to Salesforce, APIs, or programming/scripting languages is a plus
