About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join Venti Technologies, a leader in autonomous vehicle logistics systems. This role focuses on driving sales and growing early adoption of our solutions in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities in the US market
- →Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in logistics hubs, railroads, ports, airports, and yards
- →Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and address customer requirements
- →Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- →Meet and exceed sales targets, reporting on activities and revenue projections
- →Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
- →Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients in supply chain management
- →Coordinate with internal teams for smooth implementation and support
- →Gather client feedback to improve service delivery
- →Identify commercial opportunities within existing client relationships
Requirements
- ✓8+ years in sales/business development driving revenue growth
- ✓Track record in selling to complex industrial organizations in ports & logistics
- ✓Deep understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
- ✓Experience closing large-scale customer partnerships ($300k+ to $3-5 million)
- ✓Ability to engage at the C-suite level and establish buy-in at all levels
- ✓Knowledge of corporate partnership legal agreements and large negotiations
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for disruptive technologies
- ✓Familiarity with high-tech R&D-heavy organizations
- ✓Fluency in one or more languages is desirable
