About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Learning & Training Specialist to join the Govini Strategic Learning & Development team. This role will support the development, implementation, and execution of strategic and tactical training series for internal and external stakeholders, focusing on national security topics and data technology.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop expertise in Govini’s clients, offerings, and data to support training objectives
- →Run the execution and logistics of internal and external multi-day trainings
- →Communicate effectively with trainees, speakers, and stakeholders
- →Design processes, playbooks, and policies to standardize training programs
- →Develop, track, and maintain program schedules
- →Facilitate workshops, discussions, and group activities
- →Assist in developing new course modules and learning strategies
- →Research subject matter areas and create learning materials
- →Develop engaging, interactive learning experiences
- →Revise and maintain a flexible curriculum aligned with best practices
- →Design and administer surveys and assessment tools
- →Evaluate training to align with business outcomes
Requirements
- ✓U.S. Citizenship is required
- ✓Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 5 years of training and/or training design experience, preferably in the public sector
- ✓Personnel security clearance or willingness to undergo the process
- ✓Demonstrated knowledge of best practices for working with adult learners
- ✓Excellent professional demeanor and communication skills
- ✓Strong aptitude for solving open-ended issues in unpredictable environments
- ✓Ability to design engaging training materials and collateral
- ✓Attention to detail and flexible fast-paced learning
- ✓Previous experience with Google Suites preferred
